The villa also has five bathrooms including a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. Pet friendly Villa Vista Rey can therefore accommodate up to 16 people comfortably during their holiday to Playa Blanca.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped which leads to the dining room that opens onto the terrace. A wonderful indoor entertainment space that leads out to an exceptional outdoor space.
Additional amenities include high-speed fibre Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.
An attractive feature of the rental villa in Lanzarote is the luxurious heated pool with a size of 32m² and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m complete with sun loungers to enjoy Playa Blanca's warm all year round sunshine. The outdoor lounging area is complete with a traditional Canarian stone BBQ. The outside terrace dining area offers wide views over the sea and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura which is why the villa is named Villa Vista Rey or King's View Villa.
Just a short walk away you will find the golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca's town centre is just a 10 minutes walk away from there.
There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family and there is a taxi rank, supermarket, bar and restaurant within 100m of the villa. Located beside Villa Vista Rey you will find Villa Vista Reina which can also be rented for larger groups.

We have just checked out from a week stay at this amazing villa. Cannot fault this place at all, it was simply amazing.
From our first enquiry when booking right up until the final day the service and communication from the owners has been incredible, nothing was ever too much hassle, all answers answered straight away. They even offered us a shopping service so when we arrived we had food and drinks in as we arrived late. We asked for a late check out and this was accommodated right up till we got picked up to leave.
We stayed here with a family of 10 and a baby. The bedrooms are a fantastic size, the beds are really comfortable too. Kitchen is well equipped, the bbq area is amazing too.
The pool was great, it got cleaned half way through our stay along with fresh towels both pool and shower.
The location is 10/10. It is 2 minute walk to a taxi rank which is about 5 euro into the town centre and a 3 minute drive away, and about a 20 minute walk. There is a lovely bar straight outside the taxi rank called Bailey’s bar, we called here a few times for drinks and the food was lovely.
Maria showed us around the villa and was there for any questions throughout our stay, she was great.
Overall this holiday has been fantastic and we would defiantly recommend to everyone to book. We will most defiantly be back!!

We had a great holiday with the family, the grandchildren were in the pool every day.
We have just come back from Villa Vista Rey after a 10 day holiday and we are already looking into booking again for next year.
Lovely spacious villa! All 7 adults and 6 children (ranging from 5 to 56 years old) had a wonderful time.
The villa is in a great location and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa had everything you need and more and it was spotlessly clean!

Communication was super from start to finish . The place was spotless and very well equipped . A really spacious relaxing comfortable villa .
We had a group of 8 staying in the villa and it was a fantastic experience. The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The villa was spotless and had plenty of room, just as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our needs. Maria met us upon arrival and gave us a warm welcome, showing us around and providing some great recommendations. We even received a discount for a local restaurant, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend & we hope to visit again soon.
Diese Villa ist hervorragend, gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig für unser großes Familientreffen. Mit dem beheizten Pool, der Dartscheibe und dem Billardtisch ist in der Villa jede Menge Unterhaltung geboten. Alles, was man so braucht, war vorhanden. Die Eigentümer waren großartig und sowohl beim Auschecken als auch beim Einchecken sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir einen Hochstuhl anforderten, wurde dieser umgehend geliefert. Die Lage ist gut, vielleicht etwas weit für die Beine kleiner Kleinkinder, aber für den Rest unserer Gruppe sehr gut zu bewältigen. Wir konnten an der Villa nichts auszusetzen haben und denken bereits darüber nach, wann wir zurückkehren können. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Urlaub mit Ihrer fantastischen Villa so fantastisch gemacht haben
Esta villa es excepcional, está bien equipada y es muy espaciosa para nuestra gran reunión familiar. Hay mucho entretenimiento en la villa entre la piscina climatizada, el tablero de dardos y la mesa de billar. Se proporcionó todo lo que pudieras necesitar. Los propietarios fueron geniales y muy serviciales tanto en el check-out como en el check-in. Cuando solicitamos una silla alta, nos la entregaron rápidamente. La ubicación es buena, tal vez un poco lejos para las piernas de los niños pequeños, pero es muy manejable para el resto de nuestro grupo. No nos podemos quejar de la villa y ya estamos pensando en cuándo podremos volver. Gracias por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran tan fantásticas con su increíble villa.
This villa is outstanding, well equipped and very spacey for our big family gathering. Plenty entertainment provided in the villa between the heated pool, dart board and pool table. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Owners were great and so helpful on both checkout and check in. When we requested a high chair it was delivered promptly. The location is good, maybe a little far for small toddler legs but very manageable for the rest of our group. We couldn’t fault the villa and are already thinking of when we can return. Villa perfecta, impecablemente limpia y bien equipada, y en una excelente ubicación con restaurantes, bares y tiendas a poca distancia a pie. Gran servicio de los propietarios que fueron muy atentos y serviciales.

Our first time Villa hire and we were not dissapointed, the communication was excellent from our initial booking right up to our departure from this stunning villa perfectly located in playa blanca, the pool was checked and cleaned regularly and our mid week clean was fab, the villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous stay, we will definitely return and recommend. Wir können an diesem Ort wirklich nichts auszusetzen haben. Die Villa war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Es gibt viel Platz für eine große Familie, darunter 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Pool war warm (Sie müssen nachts die Abdeckung überziehen, damit es so bleibt) und es gibt einen großen Billardtisch im Inneren. Es gibt einen Stromzähler für die Klimaanlage, aber wir haben festgestellt, dass das übrig gebliebene Geld unseren Verbrauch mehr als deckte. Wenn wir irgendwelche Probleme hatten, genügte eine einfache What’s-App-Nachricht, um das Problem zu lösen. Wenn wir einen kleinen Bereich für Verbesserungen hätten, wäre es, mehr als einen Schlüssel für das Seitentor zu haben, da nicht jeder gleichzeitig raus und zurückkehren möchte. Die Kommunikation vorher, während und nachher war die beste, die wir je erlebt haben, und wir hatten das Glück, einen späten Check-out zu bekommen, was aufgrund unserer späten Flüge wirklich hilfreich war. Wir haben im Laufe der Jahre eine Reihe von Villenerlebnissen gehabt, aber diese war bei weitem die beste.
Realmente no podemos criticar este lugar. La villa era magnífica en todos los sentidos. Hay mucho espacio para una familia numerosa, incluidas 3 habitaciones con baño. La piscina estaba cálida (es necesario quitar la cubierta por la noche para mantenerla así) y hay una mesa de billar de tamaño completo en el interior. Hay un medidor de electricidad para el aire acondicionado, pero descubrimos que el dinero que nos quedó cubrió con creces nuestro uso. Si teníamos algún problema, todo lo que necesitábamos para resolverlo era un simple mensaje de la aplicación. Si tuviéramos un pequeño aspecto a mejorar sería tener más de una llave para la puerta lateral ya que no todos quieren salir y volver al mismo tiempo. La comunicación antes, durante y después fue la mejor que hemos experimentado y tuvimos la suerte de poder realizar un check out tardío, lo que realmente ayudó debido a nuestros vuelos tardíos. Hemos tenido varias experiencias en villas a lo largo de los años, pero esta fue, con diferencia, la mejor.
We really cant fault this place. The villa was superb in every way. There is plenty of room for a large family, including 3 en-suite rooms. The pool was warm (you need to pull the cover over at night to keep it that way) and there is a full size pool table inside. There is a meter for electricity for the aircon but we found that the money left for us more than covered our usage. If we had any issues, a simple what’s app message was all that was required to resolve it. If we had one small area for improvement it would be to have more than one key for the side gate as not everyone wants to go out and return at the same time. Communication before, during and after was the best we have experienced and we were lucky enough to get a late check out which really helped because of our late flights. We have had a number of villa experiences over the years but this was by far the best.
Schön eingerichtete Villa, ruhige Lage und eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer.
Wir waren zu neunt dort und hatten genug Platz. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder beim Einkaufen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt!
