Villa Princesa is one of our best Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas, it is a large modern stylish 6 bedroom villa with air-conditioning which is suitable for up to 15 guests.

This pet friendly holiday villa to rent boasts a modern open plan and fully equipped kitchen which leads to the dining room that opens onto the terrace. This impressive indoor entertaining space leads out to the outdoor space for dining and of course poolside relaxing.

Of the six modern bedrooms, one is a family bedroom, three of the double bedrooms are ensuite, the villa also has a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. Up to 15 people can enjoy their holiday to Playa Blanca while staying at Villa Princesa.

Guests enjoy high-speed Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.

An attractive feature of the pet friendly rental villa is the luxurious heated pool with a size of 32m² and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m this is complimented by a large six person hot tub with a small additional charge, complete with sun loungers to enjoy Playa Blanca’s warm all-year-round sunshine. The outdoor lounging area is complete with a traditional Canarian stone BBQ, to enjoy those sunshine-soaked evenings with a cool drink.

Beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and all its restaurants and bars are just a short walk away from our Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas, from there it is just a 10-minute walk until you reach the town centre of Playa Blanca where you will find lots of nice bars and restaurants along the promenade.

There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family.

Across the road from the villa there is a bar and restaurant, a taxi rank and supermarket.

Visited in February 2023.4 adults including an 89 year old.The villa is pristine, beautifully appointed and everything worked as expected. Great location, very quiet at night, we all agreed that the beds were exceptionally comfortable- we slept really well.The layout was ideal for an elderly person.We loved the pool, really clean and perfect temperature.Excellent service from Maria and Alejandro.We had to call twice ( questions about how to use the induction hob, and how to restore TV settings that we had messed up) .Both times, the issues were addressed promptly, efficiently and cheerfully.We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and can't wait to return!

Beautiful villa, immaculate in every way. Hosts were so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Greeted upon arrival and Maria was so lovely. Complimentary red & white wine, also tea, coffee etc which was so lovely as we arrived late evening. Spacious and fabulously laid out with everything you could possibly need. Relaxing quiet location with a lovely walk to local restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful villa

From check-in to check-out Maria and the team were great! The villa is BEAUTIFUL! Me and 7 friends stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was just perfect - everyone loved their bedroom's - the kitchen was great with two huge fridge & freezers. The downstairs with the pool table & dart board was great! And obviously the outdoor swimming pool was amazing! We also used the BBQ one evening which was equally as great! Super close to the Playa Flamingo beach & shops. Thanks for making my big birthday absolute fabulous 🙂

Great Villa with plenty of space and facilities. Villa was impeccably clean when we arrived and service from start to finish was fabulous.we spent our last night at Villa Rey which was also very impressive. Cab pick up 2 minutes from the villa. Walk to the beach of about 15 mins but all flat. Baileys Bar next door was great to have on your doorstep. Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay here, we were a group of 14 cyclists and it was spacious enough for all. Highlights for us were the outdoor space in particular the BBQ area and the pool which was heated nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped, the villa was spotless. In terms of location the flamingo beach was 10 minute walk. It has an access door straight onto the footpath which is a very handy shortcut with the bikes. Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic week over Christmas in this very recently renovated Villa. Upon arrival we were greeted with 2 bottles of wine and the fridge stocked with cans of juice for the kids. We were welcomed by the site manager Spencer who took the time to show us everything we needed to know upon arrival. The private heated pool was amazing. The kids really enjoyed it along with having Netflix available on the TV. Outside furniture was very comfortable and we made great use of the traditional BBQ. The only slight negative is that it's a 10-15 minute walk to shops and the beach. We had a rental car so it was no problem. Otherwise we probably would have used taxis for getting around shopping etc. I would highly recommend this apartment for families.

Well we really had a fantastic stay at the PlayaBlancaVilla in Playa Blanca! The Villa was brand new; very classy. The pool and outdoor area was spacious, comfortable and its where we spent most of our time. It was lovely in the evenings with the soft lighting. The villa manager met us when we arrived and made us feel really welcome. We stayed mid week so I had to catch up on work and the WiFi was top notch. The villa is very close to town which was great. I would highly recommend taking a walk/hike up the volcano up behind the town and walking the rim; really amazing. We had a night out in the Irish Anvil pub which was great. Good Irish breakfast there also! Really can't say enough positive about our stay in Playa Blanca, and particularly the PlayaBlancaVilla. Loved it.
