This affordable pet friendly luxury villa is located in the front line of the exclusive Vista Lobos area of Playa Blanca like all our Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas, give quick access to the nearby amazing beach of Playa Flamingo and all its restaurants and bars, there are also two waterparks within 5 minutes walk of the villa.

Villa Princesa is one of our best Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas, it is a large modern stylish 6 bedroom villa with air-conditioning which is suitable for up to 15 guests.
This pet friendly holiday villa to rent boasts a modern open plan and fully equipped kitchen which leads to the dining room that opens onto the terrace. This impressive indoor entertaining space leads out to the outdoor space for dining and of course poolside relaxing.
Of the six modern bedrooms, one is a family bedroom, three of the double bedrooms are ensuite, the villa also has a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. Up to 15 people can enjoy their holiday to Playa Blanca while staying at Villa Princesa.
Guests enjoy high-speed Wifi, Netflix TV, dishwasher, washing machine, an ironing board and iron, games and books.
An attractive feature of the pet friendly rental villa is the luxurious heated pool with a size of 32m² and a depth range of 1m to 1.6m this is complimented by a large six person hot tub with a small additional charge, complete with sun loungers to enjoy Playa Blanca’s warm all-year-round sunshine. The outdoor lounging area is complete with a traditional Canarian stone BBQ, to enjoy those sunshine-soaked evenings with a cool drink.
Beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and all its restaurants and bars are just a short walk away from our Playa Blanca Lanzarote villas, from there it is just a 10-minute walk until you reach the town centre of Playa Blanca where you will find lots of nice bars and restaurants along the promenade.
There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, one of them is the AquaLava Waterpark which offers great fun for the whole family.
Across the road from the villa there is a bar and restaurant, a taxi rank and supermarket.

15 - 20 minute walk to beach but benefitted from a taxi rank close by. Playa Blanca was also within walking distance, aroundc20 minutes.
Very nice rooms with good amount of bathrooms, many en-suite.
Villa was spotless and very well equipped.
Host was always available and responded quickly to any requests for help etc.
Recommended for large families across all ages.

We had a great family holiday at Villa Princesa. It was great having a pool to enjoy all to ourselves and an added bonus of a Pool Table and Darts board which the whole family enjoyed. The Villa is 15/20 minute walk into town but there is bus stop across the road for those who don't like to walk. You won't be disappointed if choose to stay here.

A beautiful and spacious villa with everything we could possibly need that easily accommodated 13 of us and with a lovely outdoor area, bbq, pool and hot tub.
The washing machine was an absolute bonus for our large group with children.
Highly recommend Bailybar for food and drinks if you want somewhere close by.

Eine wunderschöne und geräumige Villa mit allem, was wir brauchen könnten, die problemlos Platz für 13 Personen bot und über einen schönen Außenbereich mit Grill, Pool und Whirlpool verfügte.

Fueron muy amables con nosotros, siempre atentos por si necesitábamos alguna cosa. La casa está genial, todo en muy buen estado y muy completa. Éramos un grupo grande y estuvimos genial.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Princesa! I visited with 13 friends to celebrate a 30th birthday, and we couldn’t recommend it more.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Tische nicht groß genug sind, um so viele Leute bequem unterzubringen. Aber wir haben es geschafft.

We had a great stay at villa princesa. We were a group of 11 people and the space was great for our group. A total highlight was the hot tube!
Also the amount of bathrooms was great for a big group and that there were two fridges.
Only downside is that the tables are not big enough to sit so many people comfortably. But we made it work.
Highly recommend the villa and would book it again.

A very good sized villa, 6 rooms, 3 doubles, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 family room (double and bunk beds). Kitchen and diner very good, terrace with table, seats 8, BBQ, Good sized pool, 8 loungers, hot tub. Pool table. 500 metres from the beach. Whole family thought it was a great villa. We would recommend it.
Die Villa ist fantastisch! Sie ist mitten im Geschehen aber trotzdem ist alles ruhig. Ich bzw. Wir können die Villa zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Maria die als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht hilft rund um die Uhr. Selbst Sonntags steht sie zur Verfügung und arrangiert alles. Wir würden die Villa jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
Just returned from a lovely holiday in this villa. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and very spacious for the 12 of us.
For the younger members of the party, the pool table, dart board and widescreen TV was appreciated and utilised well.
The communication and prompt response to queries from Kami prior to the holiday was outstanding. This was also the case with Maria in the resort.

We have just returned from the most fantastic holiday! As soon as we had booked the villa we had a phone number to message all enquiries too. We had replies immediately to all questions asked! The villa was perfect, large space and very comfortable! The pool was a good size and warm. The location was perfect with a 12 minute walk to the beach (Flamingo beach). There were lovely restaurants and cafes. There is also a hotel opposite the villa with a really fantastic restaurant and bar, the staff were great and the food delicious. There is a volcano to walk up within walking distance of villa. There is also a good Waterpark within 6 minutes walk. You can take a 10 min taxi ride to Marina Rubicon which has stunning restaurants and lovely shops.
The owners of the Villa are amazingly helpful with anything you need and the staff who met us at the villa on the first and last day were wonderful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again it had everything we needed!
